Postdoctoral fellow
The primary focus of interest is how ubiquitin/NEDD8 E3 ligases (E3s) regulate the DNA damage response (DDR). Specifically, the research is centered around the investigation of how ubiquitin chains/NEDD8 facilitate the DNA repair process in order to uphold genomic stability.
Postdoctoral fellow
The primary objective is to employ a protein microarray system for high-throughput screening in order to gain insight into the potential networks that may exist between Ubiquitin-Like Modifiers (ULMs) and cellular proteins involved in various physiological processes, including the DNA damage response (DDR).
Postdoctoral fellow
The primary focus of interest is how PAR binding proteins exert precise control over the DNA repair process during the DNA damage response (DDR). Specifically, the research is centered around the identification of PAR binding motifs that are conserved in mammals, with the goal of elucidating mammalian-specific DNA repair processes.
Ph.D candidate
The main interest is the exploration of FAT10-coupled DNA damage response (DDR) mechanisms in cancer and neurons. Additionally, the research aims to employ a high-throughput protein microarray system to gain insights into potential networks between ubiquitin-like modifiers and cellular proteins involved in physiological processes.
Ph.D candidate
The primary area of inquiry pertains to the exploration of how Ubiquitin-like modifiers govern the maintenance of protein balance during the DNA damage response (DDR). Of particular interest is the elucidation of NEDD8's role in regulating both protein homeostasis and the DDR. The research aims to shed light on the intricate interplay between NEDD8 and these fundamental biological processes.
